• Maintain your rug by vacuuming regularly with the appropriate attachment, using a low-suction setting for gentle care.

• In the event of spills, act promptly. Avoid rubbing, instead, delicately blot liquids with a clean, absorbent white cloth or paper towel.

• For optimal upkeep, we recommend professional cleaning at least once a year.

• A light natural shedding may be visible when the rug is first unrolled.

• To preserve its beauty, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may cause gradual fading.

• If you are looking for a particular rug style or design, we encourage you to consult with us, as we may be able to offer options beyond our catalogue.

• Each rug is a artisanal creation. As with all artisanal products, a dimensional tolerance of approximately 5% to 8% may naturally occur.

• Product imagery is captured by professional photographers and undergoes meticulous color calibration against the actual piece to ensure faithful representation. Nonetheless, due to variations in display monitors, devices, ambient lighting, and individual color perception, slight deviations in tone may be expected.

• Please note that images displayed on our website are subject to automatic compression, which may result in minor differences in resolution and detail compared to the original.
