As our rugs are made available through a pre-order and made-to-order system we will make every effort to accommodate your desired timeline. While we can provide you with an estimated time of arrival, please note that this may vary, as delivery could arrive earlier or later than anticipated. There are certain factors remain outside of our control, particularly with regards to the shipping process, as some of our rugs are imported. We kindly seek your understanding in this matter, and rest assured that we will closely monitor the process to ensure the smoothest possible delivery.

• Maintain your rug by vacuuming regularly with the appropriate attachment, using a low-suction setting for gentle care.

• In the event of spills, act promptly. Avoid rubbing, instead, delicately blot liquids with a clean, absorbent white cloth or paper towel.

• For optimal upkeep, we recommend professional cleaning at least once a year.

• A light natural shedding may be visible when the rug is first unrolled.

• To preserve its beauty, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may cause gradual fading.

• If you are looking for a particular rug style or design, we encourage you to consult with us, as we may be able to offer options beyond our catalogue.

• Each rug is a artisanal creation. As with all artisanal products, a dimensional tolerance of approximately 5% to 8% may naturally occur.

• Product imagery is captured by professional photographers and undergoes meticulous color calibration against the actual piece to ensure faithful representation. Nonetheless, due to variations in display monitors, devices, ambient lighting, and individual color perception, slight deviations in tone may be expected.

• Please note that images displayed on our website are subject to automatic compression, which may result in minor differences in resolution and detail compared to the original.

Payments may be made to our BCA account under PT Casa Goods Indonesia. We also accommodate other payment methods, including credit cards and other alternative platforms, which may be subject to additional platform fees. Kindly inform us of your preferred payment method.

• We deliver to most national and international destinations. For deliveries to all international addresses, we will connect you to your preferred logistic company.
